The beds are really comfortable and even though there's a renovation going on, the hotel's running really well and I got a great night's sleep. Also the windows open so you can get some fresh air. The location is right off for the main highway and breakfast is complimentary. Gym has machines and three weights
Clean rooms, near lots of restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good too. Front desk was very accommodating with extra blankets and pillows.
The staff were incredibly friendly. We were treated excellently. Breakfast food was fresh and the buffet was well stocked. There was a mangers reception in the evening which was a nice touch and included a nice selection of beer and snacks including warm fresh cookies. When we checked in we received a nice snack bucket for the eclipse which was a thoughtful addition. The rooms are a little dates and needing some maintenance but overall our experience was very positive.
The front desk gentleman - Nick - was amazing! Our family had been on the road unexpectedly and he not only was welcoming, but engaged with my dad in his quirky sense of humor, laughed at all his jokes, and made us feel right at home. Nick was a refreshing smiling face after a long day on the road. Thank you. We should all be more like Nick.
Very convenient to the interstate while being far enough from highway noise. Nice pool, great breakfast, comfy beds. We were noy disturbed by the renovation during our stay in June. The best part, however, is the staff is super friendly and attentive. I actually forgot a cute little sundress behind and they held it for me for a month when I was coming back through the area and could pick it up. Will definitely stay here again.
Solid room. Have no complaints. Only issue is the thermostat is quite complicated. The hotel’s default setting for their rooms is to blow AC. So when you’re in the room you have to go to mode and turn on heat. I couldn’t figure it out until RIGHT before I fell asleep. Based on the other reviews I was lucky to figure it out. If you are not tech savvy no problem. Just have a staff member set your thermostat. But be aware at 9ish am they reset back to the default aforementioned AC setting.
We had a pleasant stay here. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The hotel overall is clean and the staff are friendly. I definitely recommend them if you are in the Russellville area.
The room I was in was nice. I loved the shower. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. But out of all it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was wonderful, too.
